*For participants, a conference dinner ticket is included in the registration fee.
At least one of the authors of each accepted paper is required to attend the conference and to present the paper. The paper will be included in the proceedings only if at least one of the authors is registered by July 1st, 2014.
When registering, you have the option to book accommodation at the conference hotel, The Atholl Palace. This is at the rate of £100 per person, per night, from Monday September 8th to Friday September 12th, and includes all meals.
Student Grants
A limited number of student grants are available for participation in COMMA 2014. Each grant will cover the registration fee and will provide a contribution to the accommodation costs.
Students who want to apply for this grant write an email to n.oren@abdn.ac.uk providing:
- a proof of full-time student status (copy of valid student ID card or letter from their institution or program director),
- a short justification confirming that the attendance to COMMA 2014 could not be financed by other means such as project funds, and
- whether you are a coauthor of an accepted paper or demonstration at COMMA 2014.
The deadline for applying for a student grant is June 28th, 2014.
